The location couldn't have been better - everything was within walking distance, from the local bars and tapas restaurants to the popular clubs and shopping areas. It was so convenient to explore the city from here. the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of towels and comfy beds.

the noise from the street and neighboring units was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Excellent overall, well-equipped kitchen, neat and clean bathroom, comfy beds, perfect location near grocery stores and public transport, attractions within walking distance.

Newly renovated apartment in a prime location near Gran Via. Plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Easy access to public transportation. Helpful staff and free luggage storage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and hair dryer. The location was perfect, with two metro stations nearby and the Gran Via street just a short walk away. We loved exploring the beautiful narrow streets and discovering the many shops, restaurants, and bars in the area. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed the sunlight and fresh air on our terrace.

This hotel in the heart of Madrid exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding, with affordable prices for a great location close to the center of the city. I loved being able to wander down the cobbled streets in their heels and explore the vibrant atmosphere of the Gran Via street. The convenience of having two metro stations nearby made it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city even further. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From their warm and welcoming service to their attention to detail, they truly made me feel at home. The basic amenities provided in the spacious and clean rooms with windows to the "patio" were perfect for my needs, and it was an added bonus to have heating during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave me the energy I needed to start my days of exploration. All in all, this hotel provided everything I needed for an enjoyable stay in the city.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Gran Central Suites while in Madrid. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect with a grocery store nearby and easy access to public transportation. We were able to walk to popular attractions like Gran Via and Puerta Del Sol. The presence of Halal takeaways and diners in the area was a bonus. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Madrid. Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as occasional street noise and the lack of AC, they did not overshadow our positive experience.
